McCabe to miss Bray's Derry clash

Gary McCabe will miss Bray's clash with second placed Derry City on Friday night as he serves the second of his two-match ban following his sending off against Shamrock Rovers.

Mark Duggan picked up a groin strain in last week’s game against Bohemians and is a big doubt, while Andre Georgescu, who missed Bray's last two outings, is still a doubt with a hip injury

Emeka Onwubiko is also doubtful with an ankle injury.

Wanderers boss Eddie Gormley said: "We played very well last Friday night and we deserved the three points but a poor decision cost us dearly.

“But I can't complain about the players’ performance. I won't complain if I get another performance like that.”

Clive Delaney and Mark Farren are injury concerns for Derry boss Stephen Kenny.

The Candystripes are still without Darren Quigley (hand), Mark McChrystal (foot), Sean Hargan (ankle), Kevin Deery (ankle) and Sammy Morrow (knee).

Kick-off at the Carlisle Grounds is at 7.45pm.
