Rangers will be without three key players when they face St Johnstone in their Scottish Cup semi-final on Sunday.

Goalkeeper Allan McGregor (ankle) and Lee McCulloch (foot) will be sidelined after collecting injuries during Wednesday’s league defeat to Celtic, and both could face long spells on the sidelines.

A melee at the end of the Old Firm derby saw David Weir incur a one-match suspension, which also rules the defender out of the clash at Hampden. Charlie Adam and DaMarcus Beasley (both knee) remain on the sidelines.

Provisional squad: Alexander, Whittaker, Dailly, Cuellar, Papac, Ferguson, Davis, Burke, Thomson, Boyd, Cousin, Novo, Naismith, G Smith, Darcheville, S Smith, Furman, Gow, Hemdani.
