Blues realism buoys Johnson

Birmingham captain Damien Johnson believes the fact that the Blues squad have been mentally prepared for a relegation dogfight all season will stand them in good stead for the final part of the campaign.

The Northern Ireland international can see the contrast to two years ago when a more experienced squad struggled to deal with the threat of going down and lost their top-flight status.
