Recovering Hammers duo on the mark
Craig Bellamy and Bobby Zamora were on the scoresheet for West Ham in a specially-arranged practice match against QPR.
Bellamy has been building his fitness after an abdominal injury while Zamora has been out with a knee complaint.
Both scored in the first half at Upton Park during the 2-1 victory for the hosts.
Meanwhile, Hammers boss Alan Curbishley expects Scott Parker’s knee injury to keep the midfielder out for at least another month.
“Scotty Parker is about a month or six weeks away,” said Curbishley on official club website whufc.com.
