FA 'out of touch' over foreign influx - Hill-Wood
Arsenal chairman Peter Hill-Wood has branded the Football Association “out of touch” for their stance over the influx of foreign players into the Premier League.
FA chief executive Brian Barwick has claimed that top-flight clubs have a responsibility to bring through more English youngsters into their first teams.
