Volz ruled out for Fulham

Fulham are without Moritz Volz for tomorrow’s Premier League clash with Birmingham.

Volz was sent off during the 5-1 defeat by Tottenham on Boxing Day and serves a one-match suspension.

Jimmy Bullard (knee), Brian McBride (knee) and Lee Cook (knee) remain in the treatment room.
