Arsenal unchanged for trip to Portsmouth

Arsenal arrive at Fratton Park knowing that only a victory will take them above Manchester United and back to the Premier League summit.

Manager Arsene Wenger makes no changes to the side that beat Tottenham 2-1 on Saturday, which means that Nicklas Bendtner, who had come off the bench to head a late winner, remains a substitute.

Portsmouth are aiming to get back on track following defeats to Spurs and Liverpool and manager Harry Redknapp included ex-Gunners Sol Campbell, Lauren and Kanu in a starting line-up that has changed three times since the 4-1 loss at Anfield.

Kanu and Lauren are two of the newcomers, with midfielder Richard Hughes the other. Glen Johnson, John Utaka and Pedro Mendes are the men to make way.

The home side will be searching for their first victory over the Gunners since 1958.
