Fulham pair miss out

Midfielder Alexei Smertin (muscle problem) and full-back Moritz Volz (shoulder, groin and foot problems) are back in training but will not feature in Fulham’s home game with Newcastle tomorrow.

Winger Jimmy Bullard (knee) is also training with the first team but is not yet ready for a comeback.

Phillipe Christanval (knee), Kasey Keller (bicep), Lee Cook (knee), Ian Pearce (calf) and Brian McBride (knee) remain sidelined.
