Robbie Keane faces fitness test in Cardiff today
Robbie Keane is facing a fitness test in Cardiff this morning ahead of Ireland's Euro 2008 qualifier against Wales tomorrow.
The Spurs striker sat out training yesterday with a foot injury.
He is the only late injury worry for caretaker manager Don Givens, with Shay Given, Paul McShane and Stephen Hunt all taking part in yesterday's session.
Meanwhile, Bobby Robson has admitted that his career in football could come to a close after Saturday's match.
Robson is currently an international consultant with the FAI, but will cease to be involved in the Irish set-up after tomorrow's game.
He says his ill health may stop him taking up any other position after nearly six decades in the sport.
Meanwhile, with many questioning the commitment of senior stars to the national cause, Andy Reid says what appears like widespread disinterest towards the Millenium Stadium assignment is not effecting the squad.
