Liverpool midfielder Yossi Benayoun has been ruled out of action for three weeks after a scan today revealed an adductor tear.

Liverpool midfielder Yossi Benayoun has been ruled out of action for three weeks after a scan today revealed an adductor tear.

Benayoun suffered the injury during Liverpool’s 2-0 win over Fulham at Anfield and is now set to miss Israel’s Euro 2008 qualifier against Russia on Saturday.
