Injury woe for Moyes

Everton manager David Moyes has a long list of injury problems ahead of Sunday’s trip to Chelsea following the Toffees’ excellent UEFA Cup success in Nurnberg yesterday.

Playmaker Mikel Arteta has picked up a groin strain and is doubtful for the Stamford Bridge match, while Leighton Baines is still struggling with an ankle problem.

James Vaughan (thigh) and Alan Stubbs (hamstring) are also doubts, while Andrew Johnson will not be ready for first-team action until after the international break following an ankle operation.
