Sven names strong side for trip to the Reebok

Manchester City manager Sven-Goran Eriksson named a strong team for their Carling Cup fourth round match at the Reebok Stadium.

He made only two changes to the side that lost 6-0 to Chelsea at the weekend with a place in the quarter-finals at stake.

Sweden goalkeeper Andreas Isaksson made his first start of the season between the posts while full-back Michael Ball was also recalled.

Bolton boss Gary Megson decided to shake things up following the draw against Aston Villa in his first match in charge.

Jlloyd Samuel, Danny Guthrie, Stelios Giannakopoulos and Mikel Alonso were all in the starting line-up.
