Blues make three changes for City visit

Chelsea made three changes from the side that beat Schalke in the Champions League in midweek.

Suspended Wayne Bridge was replaced by Juliano Belletti and Mikel John Obi preferred to Claude Makelele in midfield. Salomon Kalou joined the attack instead Florent Malouda.

City’s only change was an enforced one. Striker Georgios Samaras replaced the injured Emile Mpenza.
