Cahill in line for Blues start

Everton manager David Moyes could hand Tim Cahill his first Barclays Premier League start since March at Derby on Sunday.

The Australia midfielder has not featured in the league since sustaining a metatarsal injury against Sheffield United on March 3.

But he made a goalscoring comeback on Thursday in the Toffees’ UEFA Cup win against Greek outfit Larissa and could again feature from the start.

Thomas Gravesen also returned against the Greeks after a knee injury but Phil Neville and Tony Hibbert are suspended and Andrew Johnson (ankle) remains sidelined.
