John has fever

Fulham will be without striker Collins John for tomorrow’s Barclays Premier League visit of Derby, after the Dutchman was struck down by a fever.

The Cottagers’ absentee list was already a lengthy one, with seven experienced players unavailable to manager Lawrie Sanchez.

Lee Cook (knee), Brian McBride (knee), Moritz Volz (groin), Jimmy Bullard (knee), Philippe Christanval (knee), Simon Elliott (calf) and Ian Pearce (calf) are all still sidelined.
