Chelsea stars miss Hull clash

Chelsea are without Frank Lampard (thigh) and Didier Drogba (knee) for their Carling Cup clash with Hull tomorrow night.

Mikel John Obi is suspended after receiving a red card against Manchester United on Sunday and losing his subsequent appeal.

Ricardo Carvalho, although back in light training like Drogba, is likely to miss out with a continuing back problem. Michael Ballack and Wayne Bridge are both absent with ankle injuries.
