Salifou to join Villa after getting permit

Aston Villa’s deadline-day signing Moustapha Salifou will finally join up with the club after obtaining a work permit.

The Togo international, who has signed a one-year deal, has been training with his former club FC Wil in Switzerland until clearance was received.
