Rogers returns for Saints
St Patrick's Athletic entertain Waterford United in tonight's eircom League of Ireland Premier Division clash at Richmond Park, kick-off 7.45pm.
Dave Rogers returns for the Saints, while Kevin Cornwall, Michael Macek and Sean O'Connor are all available.
Also Colm Foley has medial knee ligament damage and is out for a number of weeks.
Waterford United boss Gareth Cronin is hoping to arrest the decline that has seen his side lose two league matches in a row.
The Blues boss must plan without midfielder Dave Mulcahy as he is suspended.
Also missing will be Kenny Browne, who continues to struggle with a foot injury, however, both Robert Brosnan and Cathal Lordan return to the squad after missing last week’s game against Cork through suspension and loan rules respectively.
"This is going to be a difficult game for us but as we are now in the business end of the season, every game is vital," said Cronin.
"We really need to get points on the board and there will be no easy game as we look to maintain our Premier League status.
"Losing Dave (Mulcahy) is a big blow for us as he has been excellent since his return. However, I have Robert (Brosnan) and Cathal (Lordan) back in the squad and that gives me a few options. There are still a lot of points left to play for and if we get enough of them we’ll stay safe and that’s the priority."
