Cork seal win at Waterford
Waterford United 0 Cork City 3
Gareth Farrelly brought a dour first half to life five minutes before the break with a stunning goal to set Cork on their way to a first league win in five matches.
Collecting a throw on the right, the former Ireland international cut inside Robbie Hedderman before blasting a left-foot drive to the far top corner of Dean Delaney's net.
Dan Murray punished bad defending to tap home Colin Healy's long-range free-kick a minute into the second half to double Cork's lead.
Joe Gamble added the third goal on 86 minutes when heading home Leon McSweeney's cross.
