FIFA are refusing to be rushed into making a decision as to whether they should arbitrate in the Carlos Tevez affair.

Lawyers acting on behalf of world football’s governing body are debating what to advise after meeting their counterparts from the Football Association and the Premier League in Zurich on Monday.
