Shoulder injury rules out Toffees' Vaughan

Everton striker James Vaughan will miss the start of the Barclays Premier League season after dislocating a shoulder.

The 19-year-old was injured in a collision with Youl Mawene during yesterday’s 1-1 draw with Preston.
