Keane targets further signings

Sunderland boss Roy Keane is stepping up his summer spending spree after handing defender Russell Anderson the chance to prove himself in the Barclays Premier League.

The 28-year-old Scotland international left home-town club Aberdeen after more than a decade when he clinched a £1m switch to the Stadium of Light yesterday.
