Rozehnal arrives for Tyneside talks

Paris St Germain defender David Rozehnal has arrived on Tyneside today with a view to completing a move to Newcastle.

The 26-year-old Czech international was at St James’ Park this afternoon to hold talks and undergo a medical.

Manager Sam Allardyce hopes to be able to tie up what would be his third summer signing within 24 hours and take the first step towards rebuilding his defence.
