England U-21s lose semi after marathon penalty shootout

England lost another semi-final on penalties tonight, this time in the European U-21 Championship in Heerenveen.

It was much closer than usual however, with England losing an incredible shootout 13-12, following a 1-1 draw with The Netherlands.
