Stevens slammed for 'lack of evidence'

Lord Stevens was wrong to point the finger at agents in his inquiry into Premier League transfers without hard evidence, according to former Football Association compliance officer Graham Bean.

Stevens’ Quest team yesterday published their final report, in which they refused to sign off 17 transfers involving 15 agents.
