Millionaire and son killed in helicopter crash
A millionaire businessman and his son were among those killed when their helicopter crashed as they returned from a Chelsea football match.
Training tycoon Phillip Carter and his teenage son died when the aircraft came down in the early hours in Wansford, Cambridgeshire.
Two others also died in the crash which took place after the group watched Chelsea play Liverpool at Anfield in the Champions League semi-final.
Detective Superintendent John Raine would not say how many bodies were found on the aircraft nor discuss the identities of those who boarded the helicopter in Liverpool.
But sources close to the investigation said the fourth person on board was Mr Carter’s son.
The youngster is believed to have been in his late teens.
