Cretaro doubt for Rovers

New Sligo Rovers manager Paul Cook will see his new side take on Waterford United at the Showgrounds this evening, kick-off 6.00pm.

Rovers have several injuries ahead of the game with Brian Cash, Gavin Peers, Conor O'Grady and Gary Curran all ruled out.

Rafael Cretaro is a doubt as he is struggling with a thigh strain.

Blues manager Gareth Cronin will be delighted to have Kenny Browne and Robbie Hedderman back in the Waterford squad.

Cronin now has a full squad to choose from for the first time this season.

''The return of the two lads is a big boost and I have a full squad to choose from for the first time this season. Recent results have been disappointing to say the least but morale in the camp remains high and there is a real hope that we can stop the rot soon," said Cronin.

"We are very close now and all that is needed is a little break and I have no doubt that we can kick start our season."
