Chelsea paying the penalty - Mourinho

Jose Mourinho claimed there is one rule for Chelsea and another for Manchester United on penalty decisions after watching his side miss the chance to close the title race gap to one point against Newcastle.

Mourinho vented his frustration after referee Mark Halsey had turned down two Chelsea penalty claims in the goalless draw at St James’ Park.
