Campo back for Everton clash

Bolton midfielder Ivan Campo returns to strengthen the side ahead of tomorrow’s Barclays Premiership game with Everton at the Reebok Stadium.

Campo is available after completing a two-match ban, but manager Sam Allardyce’s side are again without captain Kevin Nolan as he completes his own two-game suspension.

Midfielder David Thompson is a doubt after sustaining a shin injury in yesterday’s 3-1 victory over Wigan at the JJB Stadium.
