United suffer setback on Euro trail

Manchester United have lost the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final against Roma 2-1 tonight.

Rodrigo Taddei opened the scoring in the 44th minute, after United’s Paul Scholes had been sent off after receiving two yellow cards.

Wayne Rooney equalised on the hour but substitute Mirko Vucinic scored the winner in the 67th minute.
