No change for Toffees

Everton boss David Moyes seems unlikely to change his side for Monday’s trip to Aston Villa, following the impressive victory last time out against Arsenal.

That was a fortnight ago before the international break but Everton have not picked up any further injuries.

Tim Cahill is out for the season, James McFadden (foot) could be back in a fortnight while Nuno Valente is still struggling with a calf problem.

Andy van der Meyde, who seems to have fallen out with Moyes over not being involved against the Gunners, played 75 minutes of a reserve match in midweek but is unlikely to figure any closer than the bench.
