Hornets welcome back Stewart

Watford hope to welcome back defender Jordan Stewart for their home match against champions Chelsea.

The 25-year-old has missed the Hornets’ last two matches due to a damaged calf muscle, but he returned to training this week and is likely to be included in the squad.

Defender Jay DeMerit made his international debut for the United States in a friendly against Guatemala during the week, and will be included against Chelsea if he can shake off the effects of the long flight.

Forward Marlon King remains absent with a knee injury, but could make a surprise return before the end of the season.
