Lampard fit to train

England midfielder Frank Lampard was fit enough to join in with his team-mates for their final training session ahead of tomorrow’s European Championship qualifier with Andorra in Barcelona.

The Chelsea midfielder had strapping on his right wrist after being struck by a shot from Wayne Rooney in Monday’s training session.
