The FAI today welcomed the decision of FIFA to grant exemptions from Article 5.3 to three eircom League of Ireland players.
The governing body of world football cleared the following players to line-out for their new clubs with immediate effect: Alan Cawley (Bray Wanderers), Shaun Holmes (Finn Harps), Gary Rogers (Galway United).
