Goalkeeper earns point for Bohs

Goalkeeper Brian Murphy was Bohemians' hero were a couple of stunning saves as Drogheda had to settle for a point at Dalymount Park.

It took 30 minutes to produce the first real opening of a disappointing game.

New Drogheda signing Ollie Cahill whipped the ball over from the left and Shane Robinson's diving header was straight at Murphy.

Robinson got another good chance out of nothing right on half-time, but pulled his shot wide.

Drogheda continued to make the better chances and Glen Fitzpatrick wasted a glorious opening on 50 minutes. With no offside flag Fitzpatrick ran through only to blast the ball straight at Murphy.

Murphy excelled again to deprive Drogheda skipper O'Brien before it was over as Bohs held on for a point.
