Derry City v Bray Wanderers team news

Derry City should start this season's title charge with a home win as they welcome Bray Wanderers to the Brandywell tonight, kick-off 7.45pm.

City will be missing midfielder Killian Brennan and striker Gary Bennett who are both out injured.

Dave Rogers will have to serve a suspension before he gets a chance to play in front of his new club's passionate supporters, while Peter Hynes is ineligible to play until Derry get clearance from FIFA.

Bray are also hit by the first controversial saga of the season, ineligibility of players who have played with two clubs in the past twelve months, so new signings Alan Cawley and Gavin Doyle must sit this one out.

Bray will be hoping striker Andre Georgescu passes a late fitness test, while striker John Broderick is ruled out with an ankle injury.
