Spurs to start without Keane

Tottenham have Robbie Keane suspended and a host of other injury concerns ahead of the Premiership clash against West Ham on Sunday.

Benoit Assou-Ekotto needs an operation on his knee and will be out for up to two months, Steed Malbranque (groin) and Danny Murphy (calf) are also set to miss out.
