Ex-Hammers chairman quits board
Former West Ham chairman Terry Brown has resigned from the board at the troubled Premiership club.
Brown was replaced as chairman at Upton Park last November when Icelandic businessman Eggert Magnusson completed his £85m (€123m) takeover of the club.
Brown, 64, had since remained as a non-executive director but has now decided to step down.
A club spokesman told The Sun newspaper: “The board have received Terry’s resignation and can confirm he is no longer a director of the football club.”
