Johnson still out
Everton striker Andrew Johnson looks set to miss the Premiership trip to Watford.
The England forward is still struggling with the knee ligament injury which ruled him out of Wednesday’s 2-1 home defeat by Tottenham.
Manager David Moyes will have influential midfielder Tim Cahill back from suspension but Andy van der Meyde and Nuno Valente are both still out with groin and calf injuries respectively.
Tony Hibbert, who made his comeback from a groin problem against Spurs, is expected to claim the right-back berth, allowing skipper Phil Neville to reverted to a midfield role.
