Big guns return for Arsenal

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger recalled his big names as he looked to gain revenge for last season’s Premiership defeat at Middlesbrough.

Skipper Thierry Henry, Jens Lehmann, Gael Clichy, Cesc Fabregas, Mathieu Flamini and Tomas Rosicky returned as Manuel Almunia, Armand Traore, Abou Diaby, Denilson, Theo Walcott and Jeremie Aliadiere made way from the side which clinched the Gunners’ place in the Carling Cup final in midweek.
