Bolton manager Sam Allardyce has warned rival clubs they will not be allowed to pick up in-demand centre-back Tal Ben Haim on the cheap and unless their valuation of the player is met by next week he will stay at the Reebok.

Barclays Premiership champions Chelsea had been in negotiations to sign the Israeli defender, whose contract runs out in the summer, during the January transfer window but they pulled out today.
