Birmingham sign Vine

Birmingham have agreed a fee with Luton for striker Rowan Vine.

The Coca-Cola Championship leaders have agreed to pay £2.5m (€3.7m) for the 24-year-old, rising to £3m (€4.5m) if Blues are promoted to the Barclays Premiership.
