Everton boss David Moyes has been hit by injury problems ahead of his side’s FA Cup third-round clash with Blackburn at Goodison Park on Sunday.

Everton boss David Moyes has been hit by injury problems ahead of his side’s FA Cup third-round clash with Blackburn at Goodison Park on Sunday.

James Beattie (calf), Mikel Arteta (ankle) and Nuno Valente (hamstring) all sat out of training today and are rated doubtful for the all-Premiership affair.

However defender Alan Stubbs is available again after a knee injury and Nigerian teenager Victor Anichebe is expected to start again after his double against Newcastle.
