Martin O’Neill is demanding more from his Aston Villa players – and himself - as he gears up for the demanding festive programme.

Villa have one of the smallest squads in the Barclays Premiership and it will be stretched to the limit over Christmas and the New Year when they play four games in 10 days – including clashes with Manchester United and Chelsea.
