Defoe hit with hamstring injury

Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe has picked up a hamstring problem and will need a final check before tomorrow's UEFA Cup clash against Dinamo Bucharest at White Hart Lane.

Spurs are already without Robbie Keane with a knee injury, but Mido returned from a groin problem to feature against Charlton at the weekend and bolsters the attack.

Teemu Tainio was ill during the week, while Jermaine Jenas is still out with his ankle injury.
