Tottenham striker Dimitar Berbatov claims Saturday’s north London derby holds “no fear“.

Berbatov struck his sixth goal of the season in the 3-1 victory over Wigan and also set up goals for Jermain Defoe and Aaron Lennon.

The 25-year-old Bulgarian is delighted with his form and is determined to fire Spurs to their first win at Arsenal for 13 years.

“I want to continue in this way. This win sets us up for Arsenal,” he told the London Evening Standard.

“It’s a big game and is the first for me against them. It’s the biggest derby but playing in a hostile atmosphere will hold no fear for me.

“I like playing in a hostile atmosphere and, hopefully, we’ll win and I can score the goals.

“If we play like we did in the second half against Wigan we can achieve big things.

“Before we started we were 13th in the league and that isn’t good enough for us. We have to be at the top and we will try to do that.”
