FA approve new rules on agents
New regulations governing players’ agents have today been approved by the Football Association following a meeting of the FA Council.
Many new measures have been sanctioned – including preventing dual representation, when an agent acts for both a club and a player in the same transfer, as well as methods of payment to agents and requiring overseas agents operating in England register with the FA to bring them under its jurisdiction.
