Carlsley and Douglas to resume training with Ireland

Lee Carsley and Jonathan Douglas are expected to take full part in training with the Ireland squad today after sitting out yesterday's session with minor problems.

Manager Steve Staunton has reported no fresh injury concerns ahead of tomorrow night's Euro 2008 qualifier against San Marino at Lansdowne Road.
