The Football Association council has voted in favour of a major restructuring of their organisation.

The Football Association council has voted in favour of a major restructuring of their organisation.

Recommendations include appointing an independent chairman to the FA board, to reduce the board from 12 to 10 members and to award a vote to the chief executive.
