Everton wait on Weir

Everton expect to hear on Wednesday that David Weir has no more than a bad headache after the injury that saw him taken to hospital for a head scan and tests.

Everton cruised to a 4-0 win over Luton in the Carling Cup on Tuesday with goals from Tim Cahill, James McFadden, Victor Anichebe and a Keith Keane own goal.
